ANSWER SHEETS

The vast majority of the individual interviewees' answers are found on printed answer sheets, which were created fairly early in the project.  A sheet was designed for each page of the Questionnaire, with the page number in the upper left hand corner of the page, and spaces for each of the questions allotted to that page.

The ID number of the interviewee is stamped at the top of each page.

Answers and accompanying notation are entered in the appropriate spaces.  (See the Appendices for a key to the Annotation and Notation.)

In addition, in the area numbered in the 900s at the bottom of some pages may contain notes about additional potentially interesting phenomena observed at the time of the interview.
