Automated City Register Information System (ACRIS)
The Automated City Register Information System (ACRIS) supports the Office of the City Register in recording and maintaining official documents related to real estate, including deeds, mortgages and leases. ACRIS allows you to search property records and view document images for Manhattan, Queens, Bronx, and Brooklyn from 1966 to the present.

Department of Housing Preservation and Development

  • New York City Housing and Vacancy Survey (NYCHVS)
    A triennial survey performed in New York City by the U.S. Census Bureau. The HVS contains comprehensive data on housing, neighborhoods and tenant demographics. Three series of data are produced from each HVS: Person, Vacant, and Occupied Housing. Most recent survey available from the U.S. Census Bureau.
