CLIO: Columbia's library catalog and integrated search system.
Pegasus: Columbia University Law School's library catalog. All unique titles in Pegasus have now been incorporated into CLIO. Nevertheless, you might find it useful to search Pegasus directly. The Law School library has especially strong holdings in international law.
Educat: Teachers College catalog.
WorldCat: A catalog of books and other materials in libraries worldwide. Identify and request materials not in CLIO or BorrowDirect. Use E-Link to request materials via ILL (Interlibrary Loan).
Borrow Direct: Borrow books from Borrow Direct member libraries if Columbia does not have them or they are unavailable.

CLIO: Dissertations
To find Columbia theses and dissertations that are not available in full-text online (above), search CLIO: Dissertations (this searches both the Library Catalog and Academic Commons). The catalog treats theses and dissertations like books. Search by author, title, keyword or LC subject heading. In the catalog, the term "thesis" denotes both Masters' theses and dissertations. A keyword search for "thesis" and "Columbia University" will find all theses and dissertations produced at Columbia. You may also narrow your search by including the name of the department or school.

Search here for the most comprehensive listing of dissertations accepted for higher degrees in countries outside of the U.S. and U.K. Select "Dissertations" tab to limit your search to dissertations.

Provides a single portal for the discovery of European Electronic Theses and Dissertations from 566 universities in 28 countries.
ProQuest Dissertations and Theses
Most Columbia University Dissertations are available in full text here. If full text is not available, PQDT provides abstracts and/or citations. To see only those from Columbia, simply limit by "School Name/Code."
ProQuest Dissertations & Theses: UK and Ireland
A listing of theses accepted for higher degrees by universities in the United Kingdom and Ireland, since 1716. Abstracts are included for theses accepted 1986 and later.
