About the Center for Human Rights Documentation & Research
The CHRDR is a programmatic initiative of Columbia University Libraries /Information Services. Our mission is to collect, preserve and make available sources and resources that support research, teaching and advocacy in the field of human rights. The CHRDR is a repository for the archives and records of several major human rights organizations. We also collect websites via our Human Rights Web Archive. Librarians across our many campus libraries acquire books, journals and digital resources from throughout the world on a variety of human rights topics.
Please email or call me with any questions you might have. Follow me @HRDocumentation on Twitter for research tips. The "Ask A Librarian" section of this guide connects you to other librarians that are available to help you with research on specific subjects.
