Tips for managing PDFs, data, and research notes.

Creating a research plan (timelines, to-do lists, next steps, etc.)

Exercises: (1) Create a folder system for organizing your PDFs, data, and notes for your paper. (2) Create a to-do list or timeline for completing your paper.

We recommend that you configure your computer with a few tools that might help you with your research

1. configure Google Scholar
2. download LibX if you use Firefox or Chrome
3. other tools and plugins, including proxy bookmarklet, OED lookup tool, etc.
