Standard Oral History Agreement
A number of oral history institutions worldwide use different forms to gain, in writing, narrator consent to be interviewed and for using the interview in publishing, online, transcribing and other uses. This form is a sample of one that has been used by Columbia's oral historians in the past. PLEASE NOTE: This form in no way constitutes legal advice. You should consult your instructor, department or other institutional authority when drafting your oral history consent agreement form.
