Interface enables searching by ethnic group as well as by keyword, date, title of publication, etc. Coverage from 1960 to the present.

An excellent source for news; provides sources in 28 languages. Coverage goes back 35 years. Limit your search to the NYC area using the "Region" limiter-- type in "New York City" and select the box that pops up.
